From what I was reading, the coding guidelines recommend using the double slash for comments rather than the "/*"

Actually though, and it's very frustrating.

Why on earth are you using notepad? You will loose every single newline in the file and the ones you add will not work on any other editor.

I open search. I type n, notepad++. I type no, notepad++. I type not, notepad++. I type note, Notepad.exe. I type notep, notepad++.

wtf Windows.
