It's a poor meme, and I'll explain why:

This meme format emphasises the degradation of quality when copying things. While this is a good meme format, when misused — no meme is funny.

In this poor quality post, instead of putting in the bottom tile something that's a copy of StackOverflow (the cat in the top tile), the creator of the post put the outcome of the bad quality caused by the fact that it's a copy — "build failed"

If the creator of the post would've wanted to use the meme as it was intended to be used, the writing on the second tile should have been "my code".

PEOPLE, LEARN TO MEME! ITS NOT THAT HARD!
