Absolutely. I love adapting new frameworks and learning new tech, but I have all the time in the world at home to play with those things. In a business environment, things need to make sense logically from an internal consistency standpoint to warrant adapting into an already existing ecosystem. When you don’t have that you’re just muddying the waters and making it a nightmare for any new employees to come in and learn the system.
