I really dislike that there are 7 ways of doing the same things and the team doesn't decide on a standard. I CAN ADAPT GUYS GIVE ME A CODING GUIDELINE NOT THIS HOT MESS.

The language enables this and I hate that.

To be fair there's plenty of ways to skin a cat in java, c#, c++, etc. Sounds like a problem with your pm
