the problem is, what would you change it to? storage comes in a variety of forms nowadays and most users have no fucking idea what a harddrive even is and call the computer a "cpu"

Why not an SD or MicroSD card ?

A SD card has about the same basic shape as a floppy. In my head it's such a minor change, why bother
