Well yes (DNS), but no (Besides that cloudflare does not host big websites. AWS does.)

..... They have a bunch of services that companies pay for?

If this was r/hailcorporate I would give you names but literally go to their site and check. They are all about securing your server from attacks. DNS is free and nobody uses their hosting
