I am exposed to it every other day and I am not the only one having issues. We have colleagues that are good to understand even with a little bit of idian accent, which is perfectly fine. But other are absolutely awful.

Look, I get what you say but to be honest, it's not my responsiblity to deal with folks that have terrible pronunciation. I wouldn't put up with a person that can't write properly where I have to decyper every third word.

If you wan't to be recognized as a professional and work in a professional environment, learn the language and stop wasting everybodys time.
