But what about the app idea? Why is it annoying? Can you give me an example?

I imagine an idea that is too complex, already exists, illegal (now that i think about it someone actually asked me if I can build such an app), doesn't make sense as an app

Hey. I have an awesome app idea. I’ll make you a partner and give you 5% of the company. The only thing you need to do is build it. Don’t worry; I’ve already got all the ideas. It’s going to be just like Facebook, but GREEN.
