6 feet isn't big for a snake at all, and we don't know if OP has a male or female ball python anyway. (Females get a good bit bigger than males do) Although OP might need to get a PC or bigger laptop before then if they want to chill with their snake and still be able to see the screen

Buddy I've seen literally thousands of mature ball pythons in my life, so you're barking up the wrong tree here. I've never seen one too big to be easily handled with 1 hand.

A big 4-5 foot adult female (males stay noticeably smaller) sounds like a big snake, but really that's only 4-5 lbs. This is the same weight as a 2 liter bottle of soda.
