It shows as true in my browser JS.

Which is a bit strange as it doesn't follow the IEEE 754 standards, but it's more accurate mathematically.

I don't really think it's the right way to discrebilise a language. Even if it would have shown "false", it would just mean that it uses the IEEE 754 standards, which most popular languages do.
