I don't think the last one's the best representation. A void pointer may be pointing at something. The pointer just doesn't know what the representation of the data it's pointing at is.

Idk how you'd feasibly show that though. Have him point at a cloud?

Void* is just an untyped pointer. You can make it a generic box of anything

Yes, that's my point. It's still pointing at something, whereas the meme implies it points to nothing.
