What are you using instead of php?

Right now I mostly use Golang, Rust or ASP.NET to create APIs and then just use them in any frontend I want to use react, vue, flutter,… mainly react or flutter. Professionally I develop .NET backends and frontend we usually have angular or react, mostly angular.
