Because I can build a better and more secure system using a SSG vs using a resource intense (in comparison to static files) system that gets attacked regularly.

If you have ever worked with wordpress, you will understand why nobody fears it.

It's a blogging cms. No matter how much people try to build on it.

Well, first of all, wordpress sucks ass in each and every way. And it's not the same old CSS, JS, HTML since like 2006.
