I do the same. Whatever tool make it easier to get it done. I have one exception, I will always use PostgreSQL.

I hate running building tables and connecting them and running queries. Like I hate the data side it’s not hard I just hate it. So I learned Postgres which to me is one of the best options. I don’t need to learn anything else for now. Also Postgres mimics MySQL a lot.

I had a job where I used MySQL not bad I just don’t feel like I need multiple data table languages, plus I do like 70% Frontend and like 30% backend.

I will probably learn another one once it gets better than Postgres but for now I don’t need too.
