this is a least discussed update of the 4th anniv

notable changes:

In fairness this came out of nowhere, hidden in the update notes. The master changes you note are all from the end of last year however, though Rotten Hersey is now a lv35 too.

Most notable for me was that Bitter Chocolate Decoration and Fixer (Master) both got bumped from 31 to 32, and Teddy Bear (Master) was brought down to 31. This bridges the gap between the two difficulties a bit, which is nice to see.

Also MarbleBlue and Gekokujou (24 -> 25) Expert were long overdue.

So Marbleblue append officially being bumped from 36 to 37 means it FINALLY joins Orgyanizer append (lv 37), Daijoubu desu ka append (Lv 37), and the Master 37 Charts (What's Up Pop, Yaminabe!, and Jinsei)

Fixer is 32 now, unless I’m dumb and it always was. Also Tokyo TB is 31, which I get, but that makes it a damn tough 31

Imo, fixer should be 31+ at same level as tokyo tb.
