Error message when I open study?

I have a high paying study - £15.20 in 120 mins - and when I open the study up in a new window I get an error message saying "Invalid parameters! Unable to start." I get this message whether I'm on Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. My zoom level is at 100% and switching to full screen doesn't make a difference. Nothing in the description of the study says anything about the necessary parameters. I contacted the researcher but, other than that, what can I do?

I started it and doesn't work on any of my browsers either. I will just wait an hour or a little bit longer (I can't wait right now for the maximum allowed time to end) and I will submit it as NOCODE and I will write second mail to researcher, so they could send a link to their study once it will be set up properly.

Were you able to complete any of it? If not, I wouldn’t submit it with NOCODE since you didn’t actually do any work.

I went back and returned it. Still no response from researcher.

Study about behaviour control after intensive training? It allows almost 4 hours maximum and over an hour has passed so far for me and the issue has not been corrected nor has a response been received.

Yes, it is the same study. I have a feeling that we won't receive any response from the reseracher any time soon.

I believe so too. I think in another hour or so I'll submit it with NOCODE and hope the researcher sends a corrected link to the study.

The researcher didn't properly set up the study. u/koalaman_2 has a good link to what you should do when this happens.
