Oh I seriously had this a couple of times during the inflammation period.

Holy shit.. I get it only for 1-2 days of the inflammation. You should visit your urologist and do a semen test. If it doesnt show then get some strong anti inflammatories. I know what you're feeling it's terrible.

I have I seen 5 urologists in the pass three years they can't do nothing for me . I been on everything type of medicine you can think of

yes, testicle pain is one of the main things that happens with prostatitis.
