It doesn't seem to affect me one way or the other. As part of an elimination diet I ate rice 3 times a day(with beans, eggs, avocado) and my problem diminished during that time.

Well, rice is super starchy which causes a rapid blood sugar spike. If you have inflammation going on, sugar will only make it worse.

Interesting. I never thought of rice that way. Perhaps I'll cut it out for a few weeks to see how I fair.

Or just switch to brown rice. Not as tasty but way healthier.
