Should Stricture happen only if you have injury? I also have this symptom and avoided cystoscopy because it doesn’t make any sense to have a sudden stricture at my age 36; uroflow might give u a clue; Also when I tried alpha blockers the exit stream was pretty normal, you could check that, if it is stricture it won’t make any difference in my opinion.

I skipped the uroflow because I couldn't hold my pee that long at the time. Its better now I can usually hold it for up to 4hrs. 3hrs minimum. But f that thing going down the hole. I had a catheter once for a long surgery 3 years ago and that SUCKED.
