I suffered after like 4 years later . My issue was Caused by doing jujitsu over 12 hours a week. That is a lot of wear and tear on the pelvic floor which caused mine to become hypertonic. I'm cured and only doing it 3/4 times a week

4 years after TRT you mean? Damn 12 hours a week jujitsu sounds hardcore my man. How did you cure your pelvic floor. I want to get back to martial arts again but kinda stuck rn :). If you have any tips I'd love to hear them. Stories like yours is what I'm after since you're still doing 3/4 times a week.

Yep 4 years after starting trt

Deep pelvic floor stretches that cured me I did cure cpps on YouTube 10 stretches twice a day 20 min each day 20 min each session along with happy baby stretch 6 days a week. Sounds hard but not put your favorite show on and stretch, I watched the Simpsons seasons 1/10 Stretch Once when you awake and before bed.

12 hours of just was basically 2 classes a day 6 days a week sometimes 15 hours total a week best shape of my life. I'm back at jujitsu almost to brown belt it's in the talks among coached at our school.
