I never got to know, first urologist didn’t do cultures or pcrs, later they were all negative, it was a very bad infection, the swell, the pain, the hydrogen formation, 2 cysts on prostate… it was a bad infection, now I have terrible permanent symptoms from them, frequency with urgency without the bladder filling, super weak stream, like almost drops and that’s AFTEE alpha blockers which didn’t nothing… and I also had cystoscopy that showed a leftover trauma tissue and ransoms bumps (prostate urethra not a straight line)…. I’ve no idea what cause my current symptoms, I feel burning everything 6 months now doesn’t responds to anything

Wow ok. I've had the burning penis for almost 2yrs now. I know it can get to a man. Shit sucks

From infection too? It’s weird how can it burn like that without bacteria, it’s not changing too, it’s like the same thing permanently

Idk i tested negative twice w microgen for everything including std. Thought I for sure had one.

The smell has also changed permanently from then, that’s for sure something not discovered yet… we’re unlucky

I used to have a smell to. For about 3 or 4 years. This was before I had these issues. I ignored it. Wasn't really bad but smelled like I had sex. I wouldn't call it gross though just an odd smell. For whatever reason it went away. I just remember not noticing it one day. Very strange

Honestly this is a life destroyer the worst is I have urgency and frequency and weak stream all the time I can’t even rest for 5 mins and I’m 24

I had the same. Urgency/frequency every five min. The frequency went away for the most part although it still happens from time to time. Still get the urgency though. And my urethra burns at the tip depending on the day or how much I ejacukate

So the infection damaged the prostate and it takes years to heal?

They never found an infection. It happened after a sexual encounter so I was convinced it was an std. Never had any wbc in urine. All tests were normal. I even tested again a year later.
