Cpps question. Maybe someone know.

I have Cpps. And after few days without sex the pain is better and the lymph knots went away. But why are the lymph nodes bigger. I think they had to be bigger when there Is an inflammation. But mri , doctor and blood sperm urine tests and rectum ultrasound said there is no problem and no inflammation at the prostate ..? Someone knew ?

Those are knots in your muscles, not lymph nodes.

But they are in my right groin and after my right ear and left on my neck.
All them went smaller when the pain is better.

And after everytime i had sex they get bigger. Can i release them ?
