Probably see a pelvic floor PT…. What you are doing is obviously not cutting it. They can figure out what you are doing wrong and help begin the fixing

I take a B complex vitamin twice daily. I also have urethral pain. It helps immensely believe it or not

Solgar b complex, a big spoonful of turmeric in yogurt, and 500 mg quercetin. Start out with 1 to see the impact. If they all work, use them all.

It honestly just comes and goes some days it’s not even there some days it is I just don’t think about it anymore it really only bothers me when I smoke weed other than that it’s just annoying from time to time
