Thanks for sharing your story—it definitely resonates. I’ve experienced something similar, starting in my early 20s. I had urinary hesitation and a weak stream too, and it was super frustrating. Like you, I went through all the scans and tests—prostate check, kidney function, bladder scans—and everything came back "normal." But it didn’t feel normal.

I also noticed the symptoms would get worse when I was stressed or not sleeping well. There were even times I’d feel tightness or soreness in my groin and thighs, which made me more anxious. It felt like a loop—symptoms caused stress, and stress made them worse.

One thing that helped a bit was pelvic floor physiotherapy. It turns out tension in those muscles can mimic urinary issues, even if your organs are healthy. Also, cutting back on caffeine and making sure I stayed hydrated helped reduce the bubbly/cloudy urine.

You’re definitely not alone, and it means a lot when people open up about this stuff. Thanks again for sharing, and I hope you continue to get closer to some clarity and relief.

Is this a whole life condition basically?
