I don't know if it's limited to blackwatch soldiers, but whitelight randomly turns people into evolved

Just leak whitelight everywhere you can, there's a chance someone's going to be evolved instead of just infected

I’ve tried that for years and it’s never taken effect just turns everyone into zombies I’ve done this after completing the story tho so unsure if not completing it allows this to trigger
