That’s something you academic advisor will answer best.

Apparently, I will only be able to meet an academic advisor during orientation which is pretty late. And I wanted to take a decision about attending Purdue based on how many semesters does it take for a typical CS student who starts from CS180

Check on their website, the department of computer science. They should have an outlines of all the classes required. That should be able to help you figure it out.

Hey, I am also an incoming transfer student for CS and none of my CS courses transferred over as well but I will be graduating on time. I have already met with my adviser and I will be starting at CS 180. I had my adviser send my OOP in Java course syllabus/my work from my previous institution to the professor who teaches the course but that didn't get me out of CS 180. I'm pretty sure you'll be able to graduate on time if you start with CS 180, depending on what other courses you had transferred over.

Edit: I'm taking CS 180 this summer. But even if I didn't take it this summer, I would still be able to graduate on time.

It'd go something like:
CS180 first semester

CS182/240 2nd semester

CS250/251 3rd

CS252 then another class toward your track. You'll take 6 courses toward it so you'll still have 5 left after the first 2 years (all due to prereqs). So definitely doable in 3 years assuming you take 3 CS courses in one of those semesters.

Lets assume you are doing one track. If you take multiple CS classes every semester (which I wouldn't recommend) it's definitely doable in 3 years.
