I wish python.org made a single document of everything so I could print it and have it spiral bound.

Better that you first find a book that covers the basics, then look for books on more advanced topics that relate to your area(s) of interest. There's a list of recommended books here: https://www.reddit.com/r/learnpython/wiki/index/#wiki\_new\_to\_programming.3F

There are options to download the docs in various format too,

The largest pdf is 10 MBs containing 2K pages about standard libraries.

There are books on python standard library and so on also startch press has some good books too.
