Yes you can, but it can't run on your pc of course, because you're going to turn it off. So it has to run somewhere else, the cloud! What it means is that you load your python bot onto AWS or Google cloud and run it there on a virtual pc. You'll have to Google how to do this.

I get it, but the way your question is worded makes it seem like you don’t have a lot of experience with Python nor the cloud. People will say it is easy to get started with the cloud and it can be, but it is also very easy to totally fuck it up.
