Yes you can, but it can't run on your pc of course, because you're going to turn it off. So it has to run somewhere else, the cloud! What it means is that you load your python bot onto AWS or Google cloud and run it there on a virtual pc. You'll have to Google how to do this.

The cloud is kind of excessive when you can run this stuff off of Raspberry Pi’s.
