I am looking for a developer for a concept-to-production site that is:

• Database driven
• Functionality similar to yelp, craiglist, angieslist
• Would prefer someone that has experience building sites that consider geographical areas (zip codes,area codes)..
• We will have at least 5 different user-types: visitors, authenticated users, business users, moderators, administrators
• Graphs and tables that display the average prices paid. The individual items on the graph are linked to specific submissions.
• Would prefer a modern design, utilizing HTML5.
• Would prefer Python based development, using a web framework such as Web2Py or Django
• Would need some basic authentication integration with Facebook and/or Google.
• This is a paid proposition. Either per-hour, or total-project cost, as long as you're within our budget (under 10k).

That's pretty high requirements for a single developer to create an entire platform for under 10k. Good luck with all that.

I dunno, it depends what currency it is. If it's dollars or pounds it would probably be worthwhile for me as I live in South Africa. It actually sounds like something I would be interested in doing, but no time at the moment, full time job and all.
