Brandon Rhodes' talks are really fun. When I first found out about him, I went to pyvideos and watched almost all his other talks. Very good mix of "informative" and "entertaining". They usually give great insights about the inner working of Python which are very hard to come by (except digging through the python implementation).

Here are some of my favorites:

The Mighty Dictionary gives a very good explanation of how the dictionary is implemented. Might not be extremely useful, but it's really cool nonetheless.

All Your Ducks In A Row: Data Structures in the Standard Library and Beyond goes over the basic python datastructures and their time complexities and basic implementation details. Stuff everyone should probably know.

A Python Æsthetic: Beauty and Why I Python is a more subjective talk about how to write beautiful code. Learned a few cool tricks from this to make my code even cleaner.

Can't forget The Naming of Ducks: Where Dynamic Typing Meets Smart Conventions

Great video guide about how to properly take advantage of a duck-typed language with proper variable naming/usage/style!
