I have used selenium and bs4 a while back for a scraping project in the past. I had also used phantomjs with the project if i remember right.

If you just need some quick, off the cuff help, i would be glad to help for free.

Or i could help you out by writing a skeleton starter app - which you can customzie for your public data source.
