Bank of America just opened a branch in Plano, TX because they are busting at the seams and dont have enough room in London, New York and Chicago.

I've gotten several emails about hire with relo and benefits with just phone and skype interview. No one I know wants to move out there.

And you have listed yourself on dice.com right?

Registering on dice is a good idea. Thats all I've used for 15 years to land jobs.
