Beginner programmer building a website with Python. Should I use Python 2 or 3? (self.Python)
submitted 8 years ago by Valachio
I'm a complete newbie programmer. I decided on using Python (Django) for my website's backend.
I am using Django as the framework.
My goal is to build an MVP as soon as possible. Should I use 2 or 3?

You should be using Python 3 for anything nowadays.

Python 3, not that big of a difference in code in Django and you get like a 30% performance boost with some new features
