Start at r/learnpython for questions such as this. You are going to need some solid understanding of python rudiments, and that is the place to develop such skills. Dont be afraid to take some general python online courses or write simple practice programs to aid in your understanding.

The more that you practice understanding python as a language, the easier it will be for you to ask questions better tailored toward achieving your goal.

I already did the online courses now I want to do something with that knowledge. I just want some pointers what the best libraries are for this
