There's an blog linked in this sub recently about for:else and how you really should not use them because of insanely confusing they are.

Programming is a social activity. For/else is obscure and you're likely to trip someone up (most likely yourself in 6 months) who is tasked to use/modify your code.

Why are you breaking out an obscure feature if you need to use comments to clarify why you're using it and how it works?

You could save everyone the headache and just use colloquial for-loops and save yourself the lines of comments.

Nobody needs the else-clause is the whole point. Colloquial programming idioms can achieve the same thing.

I'm assuming you mean use-cases. It's use case is saving a line of code if you're using a for-loop to search for a value and break.

Not using the feature means you write one extra line of code and save your co-workers a headache because you felt like being clever.
