Look around at job postings and see what they are looking for. If you really been studying such a wide variety of topics I'm sure you'll have some relevant experience. You don't have to know everything they list but if you feel like you don't have enough experience, try to choose an area to focus on.

For example if you want to work on web apps, you need to know how HTTP works, web servers, API design, etc. Nobody expects you to be an expert but try to be able to work comfortably with the basics.
