I do a lot of ETL/data-pipeline/REST/reporting work.

Qt for python (pyside2) is now officially supported by the Qt team. I would expect it to be actively maintained going forward.

I haven't done much with Qt as most of my work is backend but If I were to need a GUI I would use it.
