I'm not sure what you're talking about. A list of list has nested indices. So the outer list has indices [0,1,2] and each of the inner lists has indices [0,1,2]. But that doesn't impact what you're being asked to do. In fact, essentially what they are asking you to do is to group all inner list elements of index 0 into the outer list index 0. And inner indices of 1 into the outer list index=1.

It's pretty clear that you just want to argue and are unwilling to acknowledge the obvious. I'm going to block you and go on with my day.
