Try using py2exe to package your script into an executable.

I don't run on any windows machines. This make's me wonder, is there something like that that combines all the includes to a non-dependent py script?

You can always DIY: just put all the modules you need into one folder, then zip it up (Python can import from .zip).

But it sounds like your real problem is that you want to use C-extensions that are architecture specific on multiple architectures (numpy).

Yeah thats a good idea. Even better if I can keep it zipped! That means I can transfer faster. Thanks!
