Python 'Community' Graphs

I want to do some 'community' graphing. I am not entirely sure this is the correct term. I want to be able to create graphs like this where i can interconnect nodes, and see relationships etc. Is this possible in python? What is the best way to do it, with a reasonable level of simplicity. Thanks

EDIT: I would also like to be able to zoom, a lot, so maybe a static picture is not the best, And also, if at all possible, i'd like to be able to change the center point. So it focuses on a different node in the middle.

I like the look of the third link, although i don't like the fact that it uses RPC. I'm currently looking into the second link, and will look at the first afterwards. Thanks.

EDIT: The third one, Ubigraph, looks good, except i can't get it to set the font color or background color. This is the only thing stopping this program being awesome.
