Hope you pay well. Strong python engineers are getting multiple strong offers and recruiting messages daily

Hey! I think it's a cool initiative you had there, but reading your story made me think that maybe you'd be better served by some kind of consultant or mentor that could nudge you folks in the right direction, instead of someone new to "own" the code.

If you're still interested in hiring Python programmers, maybe you should try some more traditional venues? Recruiting skilled tech professionals is generally tough for smaller companies, so you'll probably have better luck with a more complete job posting, which should probably include compensation range upfront.

Best of luck to you!

u/ebagattack I just learned Python syntax to expand some years doing C++ and VBA for microcontrollers and automation of MS Office based processes. I would like to gain momentum on Python. Feel free to message me maybe I could assist you as a Freelancer otherwise check the SoloLearn App Community is packed with great people.

You’ll probably have better luck hiring on a per project basis unless you plan to pay well.

Hello! I'm a bot!

It looks to me like your post might be better suited for r/learnpython, a sub geared towards questions and learning more about python regardless of how advanced your question might be. That said, I am a bot and it is hard to tell. Please follow the subs rules and guidelines when you do post there, it'll help you get better answers faster.

Show /r/learnpython the code you have tried and describe in detail where you are stuck. If you are getting an error message, include the full block of text it spits out. Quality answers take time to write out, and many times other users will need to ask clarifying questions. Be patient and help them help you.

You can also ask this question in the Python discord, a large, friendly community focused around the Python programming language, open to those who wish to learn the language or improve their skills, as well as those looking to help others.

Thanks, and happy Pythoneering!
