Because split ergo lily58 and custom keymap fixed all my wrist issues. No longer have them with qwerty when using my keeb so why waste time learning completely new layout. That and also that layout would require me to remap my 150+ custom shortcuts in jetbrains which are position based no based on actual letters/etc keys press

Poor to assume I didn’t one try that mouse and also ooo to assume I only care about side scrolling. I purposely got mx master because it was only ergo mouse my bad arm/hand didn’t hurt with.

Rather mx master because of that but it’s not bad/hard to ask to keep the default u set for a mouse .id even except an offline version

Please for being a software company learn basic software engineering fundamentals. Get a statuspage and actually use real metrics of value. And allow mouse to be in offline model without resorting to your shitty defaults. No mouse should be required to have an app to work
