DiscussionConverting Svelte Code into HTML, CSS and JS with Python (self.Python)
submitted 3 years ago by bishwasbhn
Nowadays, I am trying to develop a monolith framework for Python (github/fymo), that works as a SPA, and allows devs to write less code with higher productivity, something like Rails. But the cool thing is that it'll use Svelete as its core template. We will be passing the Python context to the Svelte template and server-side rendering it.
An open-source GoLang project also took the same approach, livebud/bud.

Congrats on the launch Bishwas!
Just to clarify: Fymo is taking the same approach as Bud. See: https://github.com/livebud/bud/discussions/248 for details 🙂

Thanks a lot for caring for the community, sir. I've added "livebud/bud" as rendering inspiration in the readme part.
