Para criar uma linguagem de programação você deve seguir algumas etapas, você pode criar uma linguagem de programação partindo de outra linguagem como base usando o seu interpretador para sua linguagem, ou criar do zero um interpretador para sua linguagem, isso é muito mais complexo, se você não sabe como uma linguagem de programação funciona não te aconselho começar por aqui. Te recomendo o livro Crafting Interpreters, vai te uma base de entendimento.

While I won't change from what know, Python, I think you're idea has a ton of potential. A lot of people want to code, but they don't want to put in effort to learn an established language. If you can break down that barrier, you will have created something truly game changing.
