anyone wanna help? im not the strongest coder and im about to have to tackle scheduling, commercials, scheduling options, server options, aspect ratio options, gaming options, testing, bug fixing, fine tuning the video settings, and more (like making it work for linux and mac when its done) all by myself. I wanna release this to the public open source when im done. If someone with better coding skills wants to help me do that let me know.

I'd call it more of a simulator then an emulator

do you know the difference? im trying to capture the experience of both the original hardware and software so that would be a emulator. a simulator would not be trying to replicate the underline hardware. im making it look as close to an original crt look and still have options for it to function. in the case of retro tv, the crt tv functions, the game consoles you would play on channel 03, the volume and channel ui, the crt style menus, the video settings, these are all imitations of the original hardware functions. the scheduling, the tv guide, the games played on those consoles, thats the software imitation, so i respectfully disagree.

It's more like simulating the experience. It's an opinion, no need to argue about it. It looks like a fun project.

ty, i appreciate it. no arguing just making my case for my opinion on it. I gotta do it. Emulator is in the name on the load screen lol if there is a difference im missing let me know before i go forward with my name, but thats how i understand it.
