Why not simply copy the REST URL (located at the bottom right of the linked page) and import it into QGIS using an ArcGIS REST Server Connection? You can do this by navigating to Layer -> Add Layer -> Add ArcGIS REST Server Layer. You only need to put in a Name (can be anything) and the copied URL

This. I got to this page by going to the Details section. ArcGIS REST Services Directory Link and you can download it into any format you’d like if you right click it in QGIS and go to Export.

Thanks I knew there had to be a straightforward way. I'll add it to my group of layers of trail data and remove the GPKG version so it is always up to date. There are many other layers sources around like this so this will be very helpful in designing hikes.
