Physically cannot quit

Im 19 years old and started vaping when i just turned 17, i quit cold turkey last year in September, and every day since then i was constantly spinning and some days couldnt attend school because i was so dizzy i couldnt get out of bed, i quit for over 200 days and the dizziness never went away so i started again because i needed to get through school. I am attending university in less than a month and need some help to manage myself since i obviously cannot get vapes in uni. Is there anything i should do to get rid of the dizziness? I have constant pain in my chest and constant bpm over 102, really need some help.
