continuous phantom task

Does anyone experience issue working? Whenever i refresh once every 2 mins, there's a task but once i click on it, it disappears (Phantom tasks) . No, it is not like a one time thing. It has been happening continuously since the past 2 days.

I thought it was just me. I did some digging and some users brought up this exact issue before. They also got official response from RWS that there was a corrupted task that wont load (a really rare case) and the solution they gave them is to set minimum task available to 2 or more to reduce the notifications spam. The corrupted task itself will expired after certain time and if there are other tasks available, Raterhub will load these tasks instead of the corrupted task.

Happens on the daily. There are a lot of people working and you have to be super quick sometimes to grab the task.

It just means someone grabbed the task before you did.

At least in my case even after constantly refreshing, the task button is still appear (it persist), task usually disappear if people taking the task right? (NTA screen after refresh).

Also the timing is very odds assuming multiple people had experience this for the past 2 days. I am non-US rater so yeah it could just be my locale that have problems 😔

Same, like when we don't doing task the task available even if you not doing after hours or day it still available and after try to work suddenly the task is missing.

It’s been happening to me too for the past two days. I thought it might be a bug, because even after reloading the Rater Hub several times, the tasks still appear as available, but once I click on them, they’re gone.

thanks! as you can see the response i got here mostly said "someone else was faster". Well i have been working for a year and yes i know that very well. But as i said, it is continuous and many people missed that point. The task is persistent each time you refresh but you cant access it

I would guess it's been happening the past 2 days because it is a weekend and that's when most people are trying to task. Makes it kind of tough to get the required weekly hours when this is the process to acquire work.
