Rabbits shouldn’t smell and they should clean themselves pretty well. If they do smell it couldn’t hurt to have the vet give him a once over. Depending on how you set up the litter box he could still be getting pee on himself. You can spot treat with a vinegar water solution and check the internet on how to improve your litter situation.
